NAR Debt Fund exists to provide credit facilities to our affiliated operating companies for investment in strategic initiatives.
Growth inside an operating portfolio rarely arrives on a convenient schedule. A location becomes available, a piece of equipment pays for itself in a year, a technology rollout needs to happen now. The Debt Fund lets our companies act on those moments with capital that is already familiar with the business — and lets each company time its outside capital raises well, rather than under pressure.
